Experience: I have been a professional, full-time real estate broker for twenty years specializing in estate and view properties on the Palos Verdes Peninsula and the beach cities of Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach and Redondo Beach.

I have consistently received Top Producer awards every year including several as the #1 Top Producer in the office. I was the #1 Top Producer my first year in the business in an office of over 40 agents. This level of production has always placed me in the top 2% of agents in the U.S. having closed over $150 Million in sales. I served as the 2001 President of the Palos Verdes Association of Realtors and also named Realtor of the Year 2001, South Bay Woman of the Year 2001 for my many years in charity work and a Special Recognition from the Palos Verdes Art Center in 2010.

Community Involvement I was raised in a home where both my mother and father were very involved in community and charity events. I was taught that we must give back to the community. I have over thirty years of heavy involvement in many charities serving in many as president and chairman of major events.

Some of my involvements have included Hospice, Local hospital foundation board, Palos Verdes Junior Woman's Club, Palos Verdes Woman's Club, Trojan League of the South Bay, Palos Verdes Art Center, Norris Theatre for the Performing Arts, Chamber of Commerce, Homeowners' Associations, Palos Verdes Estates Beautification Project and many others.

Personal & Interests: Retired from over 20 years in Education serving as a teacher, high school principal and at the assistant superintendent level.

Married to Al Guenther, retired science teacher and now international consultant in science education

Hobbies: International travel, archeology, genealogy, art, music, history and science.
